Thank you for posting this. <br /><br />I did not have fresh herbs in hand except for basil but I did have dry herbs so I used some sparingly and it was yummo! I am sure fresh herbs will be even more tasty but this was very good too. Also, I wanted to use less heavy cream (being careful on calorie) so I substituted with half-n-half and used 2 small eggs and poured in egg white substitute.
